Returns & Exchanges

We have a 15-day return and exchange policy. You must request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.

To qualify:

·         Item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact

·         Item must be in original packaging

·         Exchanges apply only to damaged or defective items

How to Request a Return

BODY: Describe the issue and attach clear photos of the damage

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

·         Custom or personalized items (e.g., special edition orders) cannot be returned

·         If you're unsure about eligibility, reach out to us before initiating a return

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. If your item is approved for return:

·         We’ll send you a replacement product

·         No money is refunded

·         The item must meet the original return conditions (unused and in original packaging)
